Our Online Registration has ended. We will be accepting paper applications until February 29th or until teams roster limits have been met. Spring 2008 deadline is February 15, 2008

Fees:

Non-Participation Fee (per player):
Adult participation is required. Should you choose not to participate; you will be required to include an additional $25 fee (in addition to the registration fee and late fee). Separate check is required.
Late Fee:
$10.00... If received after the Fall deadline or the Spring deadline. Registration forms received after deadline will not guarantee team placement.
Multi-Player Family Discount:
Discount applies to each additional player participating in WYSA recreational soccer. Example: 2 players in Under 8: $55.00 + $55.00 - $10.00 = $100.00.

Parental Participation Program
WYSA requires parental/legal guardian participation. Please see below some of the jobs that are available to you. Some jobs are time intensive, some are not. If you are not able to participate, there will be an additional fee at the time of registration of $25 per player (a separate check for $25 is required). If you have more than one child playing, your participation would cover all the children. If you choose not to participate, you will have to pay the extra fee for each child playing.

Position		Description		Time Commitment
Age Group Commissioner		Assist with communication between WYSA and teams.		Up to 10 hrs/week preseason 2 hrs/week during season
Assistant Coach		Assist head coach		4-8 hrs/week
Coach		Coach recreational team.		4-8 hrs/week
Concession Stand		Work in the concession stand. (Not during your child's game)		2-4 hrs shifts
Fields		Assist with field preparation & maintenance.		Up to 4 hr shifts pre-season 2 hrs week during season
Other Administrative		Willing to participate on committees.		Varies
Team Parent		Assists with team communicaiton, sees that field equipment is set out and taken up, keep track of team/family volunteer hours.		Up to 4 hrs/week, need 1 for each team
Tournament Volunteer		Assist with any tournament WYSA may host. (KICK in Spring, KYSA Spring/Fall Tournaments, field marshals, setup fields, work concession stand, etc.)		4 hrs/season
